LISH Network Solutions Connected
Network engineering · AI-native software

Networks that carry the business — designed, migrated, kept running.

LISH Network Solutions is an engineering practice for the people who run networks. We design and migrate production infrastructure for enterprises, validate protocol behaviour for network vendors, and build carrier-grade architecture for operators — then apply the same engineering to our own software products.

Three practices, one discipline

Every engagement starts the same way — discover what is actually deployed, agree what "working" means, then change it without taking the business down. What differs is who is on the other side of the table.

Enterprises

Financial, payments & healthcare

  • Market-data network migration. Stakeholder interviews, device discovery, and configuration review, followed by a pre-migration build and cutover of major market-data vendor feeds onto new infrastructure.
  • High availability and automated recovery. Architectures that remove single points of failure — including firewall platform migrations — with dynamic failover so the network recovers on its own.
  • Layer 2 to Layer 3 redesign. Legacy switched campuses assessed, procured, and re-routed into a hierarchical Layer 3 internetwork on EIGRP and BGP, with physical and logical redundancy.
  • Quality of Service engineering. Custom QoS schemes for bandwidth-intensive, delay-sensitive medical and financial applications, with headroom left for voice and video.
Operators & vendors

Carrier core and product test

  • Core routing architecture. Network design, capacity validation, and platform sizing — CPU and memory headroom analysis — for national and international carrier cores.
  • Protocol validation and test. BGP test plans authored and executed against new product lines, up to terabit-class routers, across mixed-media lab environments.
  • Operational automation. Scheduled configuration backup across multi-vendor router and switch estates — scripted retrieval, integrity checks, and secure log rotation.
  • AI for network operations. Agents that read live device state to answer operational questions, grounded in the running configuration rather than in guesswork.
Data centres

Buildout, end to end

  • Plan and design. Lifecycle-structured engagements: business requirements alignment, infrastructure scoping, and technical baselines for corporate and colocation facilities.
  • Infrastructure engineering. Physical and logical data centre architecture on high-capacity switching engines with high-speed Ethernet uplinks.
  • Fabric design. BGP-routed fabrics and EVPN/VXLAN overlays, validated in a lab that mirrors the target topology before anything is racked.
  • Governance and handoff. Strict change control plus a complete engagement book — statement of work, status reporting, white papers — so operations inherits something auditable.

What we build for ourselves

Consulting tells you where the hard problems are. These are the three we decided to solve properly, in software, and run in production.

LISH NetLab

By invitation
Network learning & PoC testbed

Real networks on demand. Pick a topology and get a private, time-boxed sandbox of live SONiC nodes you SSH into from the browser — no VPN, no client install, just a link. An AI tutor reads your own running lab to answer questions about live state, and a guided mode walks a course one step at a time, checking real device state before it lets you move on.

The curriculum climbs from hosts, Ethernet and TCP/IP through BGP-unnumbered fabrics to EVPN/VXLAN. The same testbed doubles as a proof-of-concept environment and a cohort training room.

Access is provisioned per tenant and is not open to the public internet today. Ask us for a lab and we will set one up.

MedTalk

In development
Voice-first iOS app

Older adults and caregivers speak naturally about their medicines, conditions, and symptoms. MedTalk turns that into a short list of discussion points to raise with a pharmacist or doctor — the questions worth asking, written in plain language, in English or Chinese.

Speech recognition and the health record itself stay on the device. Only a deliberately narrow, de-identified summary ever leaves the phone, and we operate no cloud store of personal health information.

MedTalk is not a diagnostic or treatment tool and does not give medical advice. It produces discussion points only — always talk to your pharmacist or doctor.

Yanzhi 颜值

Live
Bilingual cultural reading room

A photo or a birth date becomes a short, literary reading written in the voice of the classical texts — 《麻衣神相》 for face reading, 《渊海子平》 for the four pillars. Face comparison, 看相, 八字, and 合相 run on one engine, in Chinese and English.

Built privacy-first by architecture: a photo is reduced to a numeric zone profile before anything reaches a model, so the image itself is never sent; the birth datetime is discarded once the 八字 is computed. No accounts, no trackers.

Yanzhi is cultural entertainment, not prediction, and makes no claim to foretell anything.

How we work

Opinions we hold in writing

These are not slogans — each one shows up as a constraint in something we shipped.

Privacy by architecture, not by policy

The safest data is the data that never moves. MedTalk keeps the health record on the phone; Yanzhi never sends the photograph. Both were designed that way from the first commit, because a privacy promise you can only keep by being careful is not a promise.

Real protocols on real gear

Slideware does not converge. We validate designs in a lab that mirrors the target topology — actual network operating systems, actual BGP and EVPN sessions — before a change order reaches production.

AI grounded in live state

An assistant that guesses is worse than no assistant. Ours read the running system — the learner's own lab nodes, the device's actual configuration — and say plainly when they do not know.

Deliverables you can audit

Change control, a documented statement of work, status reporting, and a written handoff — so the team that operates the network afterwards inherits the reasoning, not just the configuration.
